i mean...what do you do if you have a credit card from canada that has payments that need to be made...then you move to japan. How do you pay off the payments? can you move the debt from the canadian credit card to a japanese credit card? or can you continue to pay off the canadian card from japan?

First off, you can not transfer the balance to credit cards in Japan. There is no balance transfer service provided in japan.

Why don't you set up an online banking with your bank account and also online account statement with your credit card account? That way, you can look up your account anytime on the Internet and also send a payment using your online banking.

you send money to candian you can not change i do not think so pay it all off then get one in japan
