Try a dime size amount of CHI brand Silk Infusion or farouk's Biosilk. It can be bought at high-end salons for about 20$(CHI) or 13$ (biosilk)..they last a very long time and the money is worth it since you only use a small amt. If you use too uch, it will weigh your hair down and look greasy. Cheaper brands include John Frieda Frizz Ease.

This will sound silly, but I swear it works- rub a dryer sheet on it! I have thin hair, and when the weather gets really dry I have problems with static too. A fresh dryer sheet rubbed right on your hair does the trick (and doesn't smell too bad either!)

Spray some hairspray on a comb or brush and comb it through your hair. That should get rid of the static. Then finish it off with some more hairspray if you feel that your hair needs it.

Run a sheet of Bounce - the stuff used for drying clothes- it will calm your hair down, seriously (tried and true.)
