no,not really.the "kiss" word in french is 'baiser'.french kiss in french called "embrasser avec la langue" which mean "kiss with tongue" in english.

In French, it is simply embrasser avec la langue (literally kiss with tongue). Nevertheless, in popular language this is referred as rouler une pelle,emballer.
