So...does that mean that when they got banished from that garden, that is when the first viruses and harmful bacteria started to form? And if that's the case, then who created those viruses and harmful bacteria?

If you take the story of Adam and Eve literally (which I do not), then the disease came as a byproduct of the consequences of the sins they committed. However, if you take it figuratively, then that isn't the case. Disease is simply a part of this weird. We have very smart viruses and bacteria. It's actually a little creepy. I do not think they were created as we were created. I think it's just a byproduct of creation. If you have animals, eventually, one of them will get sick, and another one will get sick and so on.
Besides, I look at the second story of creation as a metaphor for marriage. In the story of adam and eve, it says, "and this is why man shall leave his home and become one with his wife". It is a story of why we are married, rather than being a story of how the earth was created. By the way, there are two creation stories. The first viruses and bacteria probably were beneficial to some degree and were probably created by God. The fall twisted the creation.

GOD created all things evil and good. GOD created Satan as Lucifer and gave him and the angels free will. They chose to rebel and were cast down from Heaven. I would not have a clue why GOD would create viruses or Mosquitoes for that matter, but I know he did.

God created everything in existence, perhaps besides evil itself. I believe that theory is correct and makes the most sense out of what we know from Scripture. Also add to that natural disasters. The earth itself was cursed.

When Adam & Eve sinned, lots of stuff came into the world that were not there beforehand: death, disease, despair, depression, fear, hatred.
It is all the work of Satan through the proud and rebellious hearts of men.....

satan is the author of every thing that is bad. The Word of God says that God wishes above all else that we prosper and be in good health, even as our soul prospers. Sin, in all forms, was formed when Adam and Eve sinned. May God Bless U.
