There are two things to try. First, try soaking your finger in warm/hot water. While it's soaking, see if you an gently push it out. Or, some kind of antibacterial cream like neosporin or bacitracin might help it come out. Also, the creams will help to keep it from getting infected. Some of them have a numbing agent to help with pain. Hope that helps !

Pretty easy.. razor blade or exacto knife cut it out.. either that or pay a MD a thousand $ to do the same thing.. up to you
It cracks me up.. none of ya'll would have lived a day 200 years ago (and yeah i can say that.. i've set every broken bone ive ever had myself.. and Docs notice everytime.. hey I didnt have a fracking Xray OK?)

attempt putting your finger in warm water for ten minutes to objective to make the exterior softer and much less thick, than attempt taking it out with tweezers. if its too deep you ought to to cut back some dermis with the intention to get to the glass and then place a bandage on it.

if its not causing you too much bother put on a bandaid and vaseline and it will work its way to the top, or you could break skin with needle and dig it out dont forget antiseptic, good luck
