I want something that i can enjoy, im not talking about a documentary, and i dont want anything that is un-apprpriate, something rated PG-13 and under!

Try the movie Goal! The Dream Begins. It's basically about this young, Mexican guy name Santiago Munez, who gets a chance to play for Newcastle United. The acting is a bit shaky, but the storyline and soccer action is great. They're also coming out with a 2nd (where Santiago goes to Real Madrid) and a 3rd (where Santiago competes in the WC). So, look out for those as well.

'Mean Machine' is a very good soccer movie. Based on true event. Longest yard is the remake of mean machine. Storyline is the same but the sport is different. Basically guards vs prisoners, but the team name seems to be unchanged in both movies.. wonder whether its the original name.
Its not a hollywood production though, so you may not heard of it, but you should definitely watch it.

Kicking and Screaming is very funny and its rated PG.. Will Ferrell and Robert Duvall do a great job.

It's one called Goal. It just came out about a month ago. But it didn't go to theaters it went to the movie stores. I think it's a true life story of a famous player. I haven't saw it yet but I've seen the previews and your question reminded me of it!

these is She's the man (comedy), Bend it like Beckham (inspirational), and Greenstreet hooligans (dont know if that is under PG 13) those are three off the top of my head. for you. enjoy.

its not exactly all about soccer, but Green Street Hooligans is a great movie, one of my favorate movies of all time. Also goal! the dream begins is an alright movie, kinda cheezy and lame, but cool
