I think that they don't give a damn about the dogs as long as they are making money. I feel so sorry for the dogs.

You think it's just Iams? I am a pre-veterinary student in an agricultural department, and you should see all the stuff they are doing there to 'further' their research- purposely creating deficiencies and toxicities over and over in animals where they already know the end results.
However, not all animal research is like this. Some is necessary to help the greater population, and is completed in small, well monitored groups of animals. The bottom line is, you should be the judge of what is right and wrong. How else would you test cat food besides on cats? I doubt owners would want their animals to be part of these test groups. Please keep in mind many of these websites purposely exaggerate their claims.

It's not that I don't believe Iams is participating in cruelty to animals, but I don't trust PETA either. They are extremists.

I don't know if I really believe any of that. It could just be made from PETA, and I don't really believe a lot of the stuff from them.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. This is absolutely disgusting. I don't know how people could do such cruel things to innocent animals.
They're monsters [the people].
I hope this information gets spread widely throughout the internet.
