yea i love capoeira its a good supplement to thai boxing for me helping with balance strength and speed

ugh..... I know a little about capoeira just the basic concepts. I'd learn more if there was somewhere around me but there isnt. The person thats gotten me into it was lateef crowder hes awesome. Do a youtube search under "titlepending" exactly how its spelled there its one of my favorite movies with him in it
