First you have to make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend. If she doesn't you go introduce yourself and let her know you noticed her. Next you give a compliment and try to share interests. That should get you started.

Small ones. :-)

Be clear as to why you like this person - purely a single superficial feature such as physical appearance can be dangerous, try to find out her interests or character first by using your friends or, if possible, any friends of hers that you know. Only let your intentions be known to people you trust.

Then try approaching her in nonthreatening casual settings where she would be in a group. Discuss general issues first. On a second meeting, minor compliments regarding what she is wearing, and casual requests regarding her interests or what she is doing on a weekend. If any group activities exist, suggest a group outing such as everyone meeting up for a movie afterwards.

Next, nonthreatening but more private meet-ups - the best form is meeting up for a coffee. By this point, if she is still saying yes, your intentions are clear to her and she is approving. You can now move on to dinner, movies, etc.

Lastly, be aware that the entire above is a total generalisation and assumes that all girls are equal, which they aren't, because they're kinda human. Generally, though, girls like a person who is interested in them and makes them feel good to be around - so be sure you like this person, and do not be disheartened if it doesn't work - learn what went wrong, and move on.

If it works, it works :)

Just be nice....Start a conversation with her and try to find things in common with her. Don't be pushy but make sure that you are not putting on a front because she will know if you are fake or not. If you are a little nervous it is kinda cute....But that is only if you are a little nervous......The most important thing is to show her that you want to get to know her.
