Nothing.
You could be the best looking person in the world but if you lack confidence, your looks are of no good to you.
Likewise, you could be the ugliest person in the world but if you have confidence and a half, girls/guys will come flocking your way.
Sexiness comes from within. I can't emphasize that enough.
You could also be the most qualified person for a job, the fastest race car driver, smarter than Einstein, funnier than Dane Cook, etc etc. but if you lack confidence, if YOU don't believe in yourself..well, who will?
It's not that confidence is just attractive. It's also necessary.

Online, correct spelling is a plus (helps you appear more intelligent) so remember next time the word is "What's" (a contraction of 'what is'...not "wats").
Confidence, for all but the completely superficial, is going to be high on the list of things that attract us to others...there are many things that can help that though such as a nice smile and friendly personality...

Absolutely nothing is more attractive than a confident person. I can tell you right now, I've gone out with a lot of girls over the years and while some were not amazing looking, they were confident as hell and its amazingly sexy that they know what they're doing.
