Yes, I've seen a border terrier. No, Benji doesn't look like any of those dogs. Benji was played by a mutt named Higgins, that was a poodle/schnauzer/cocker spaniel mix. And, if I remember right, was a good deal bigger than cairn, norfolk, and norwich terriers. And yes, I do know quite a bit about some purebred dogs.

I do not know what a border terrier looks like and did not recommend it. The breeds I recommended have the scruffy look which is what was asked for. Of course noone can recommend a breed that looks exactly like Benji because there isn't one. Instead of being an ***, why don't you try to be helpful and recommend a breed that has the basic look requested like everybody who answered did?

Is this a dig at my answer? I don't actually know who the hell Benji is sorry. And Border Terriers have a cute scruffy appearance in my oppinion. Maybe you should make your question more specific in future. Pfft!

and i agree none of the dogs you listed look like Benjie!
