Of course it does:
Da mihi facto, dabo tibi ius = Give me the facts, I'll give you justice

Well it's in Latin... mihi means to me, and tibi means to you, facto is I make, the rest I'm not sure of. And of course Latin has no importance in word order so you'd need all the meanings and cases of the words in order to decipher it. Sorry I can't help more.
