I work with this woman and I think she likes me. I really like her but am unsure of whether or not to make a move on her. She constantly gives me compliments on how i look, makes me promise to go out with her, laughs at all my jokes and i find her giving me small touches.
But, I do know that she likes someone else and she isn't shy to mention him when we speak. What is she doing when she mentions this other guy? What can I do to make sure she likes me and wants to take it to the next level? We've gone on plenty of dates, but have never gotten physical. I think the fact that we work together has complicated things.
She moves me, she's beautiful in everyway.

I don't know if I would take "anything" to the next level, with someone who was mentioning another guy..... she needs to either grow up and stop trying to make you jelous...or.. if she really does like this guy...she needs to see if she can get something going with him and leave you alone...either way, you are going to loose...if she does keep dating you, and mentioning this other guy, it will taint things, and destroy your relationship...

If she likes someone else then she doesn't like you. She just sees you as a friend and is being nice to you is all. Don't go making a fool of yourself.

i would say she definitely has feelings for you and when she mentions the other guy she is just trying to make you jealous so i would just go for it and make a move

at first you sould be honest with yourself,that,is it only a feeling or it arises from your soul & then you should tell her your feeling and your idea about her with honesty.maybe she says no.it'll clear for you manythings and you can make up your mind more easily.
