A mild soap after a good scrubbing with alcohol. Failing this try something like Fantastic household cleaner, may irritate the skin though.

You can't. So instead I would look on line for the freaky websites devoted to the weirdos who are into died foreheads. It might be a good thing for you. You never know until you go on a few dates. Who knows it might become a way of life or you could start a new trend for the Hollywood crowd.

Nail polish remover with acetone, soak a cotton ball, BE VERY CAREFUL not to get it into your eyes, swipe your skin then immediately afterward wipe with a warm damp towel. Dont leave it on long becauseit's a skin irritant, but I've done this before with black hair dye and it worked.

This will sound painful, but it's not. Dab a little nail polish remover on the stain to remove it, then be sure to wash with a mild soap.

In the past I have just used a cotton swab or q-tip and some rubbing alcohol.
Good Luck!

Rubbing alchohol MAY do it, you could also try an astringent, but most of it will fade after a day or two. If you apply Vasoline to your hairline, you will avoid all of this.
Sidebar: drugstore color damages your hair, especially if not applied properly!

ha ha that's hilarious...
rubbing alcohol is the best way, or white spirits if you can stand it, a good lot of scrubbing will leave you with a raw head, but actually gets rid of the stained skin.

I don't know about getting it out, however in the future when you dye your hair, put petroleum jelly on the skin that might get touched by the dye (not hands, just use gloves for them) and that should prevent you from dying your skin too.

Try putting rubbing alcohol on cotton ball and try taking it off that way.
