I want to gain some weight (not bad weight, muscles or something). How should I cook the eggs for that? Boiled, fried, or other. Geniuses of Yahoo Answers, help me out.

Eat eggs any way you want to eggs themselves will contain the same amount of calories, it depends on if you add butter, milk etc...to however you are making them.
Eggs are a great source of protein and it is the egg white that is the protein. So, just scramble up some egg white or for every whole egg you scramble use one just egg white, if you like the yolks that is. I like to fry up just the egg whites and eat it on bread! Yum!

at least never raw! with the problem of bird flu nowadays, you wouldn't want to put yourself at risk. eggs are also high in cholesterol so after you've gained the muscles that you want, lay low for a while. you might have heart problems if you take in more than what is required.

to answer your question finally, i'd say boiled eggs! just be ready for the "gas problems" that it might cause! :)

The yolk of the egg is the healthiest part. So, I would scramble or fry it with a lot of butter or shortening. But boiled egg will give you muscle.

in order to gain weight u must intake a lot of protein and at the same time make sure u r not intaking more calories than expending....i suggest hard boiled or scrambled....i recommend roughly 6 eggs per day....

The best way would be on the stove. Seriously, have you tried cottled eggs? Easy to fix and a little different

you should boil the eggs and eat them when you want a snack .
they also help when you want something quick.
they also help when you are on a diet.
you could also put them in your salad.
