Does anyone know how i can buy an Agility Starter Kit through mail?

just yesterday i took my siberian husky to the National Pet Games Competition Auditions and they are having the real thing in may on the 19th i need to get my dog trained for the upcoming events
and i need to get an agility training course set i remember seeing one online where it said i can order by mail and it was a starter kit it came with the high jump, the weaving poles, the stop box and it came with a stop watch and some ribbons and it was all only for $35.95, there are no stores around here where they sell those things and all the webistes i find sell those items separately and for really expensive prices $600 to $1000 and up. The website i did find which had the starter kit for $35.95 is gone i dunno what happened to it i had saved the page to my bookmarks but it's not there anymore i need one that i can order by mail because we don't have a credit card so does anyone know where i can find an Agility Starter Kit for a cheap price??

i really need to get my dog trained before the 19th of May My Dogs name is Shaddie she is a Siberian Husky she is really hyper and these competitions would be good for her to let her energy out, plus the socialization with other dogs would be great as well

I can't order with credit card as i've said i do not own one, ordering by mail is my only option

I hope you don't mind the suggestion but I have had two friends order the starter kit and it was very cheaply made. These sites tell you how to make your own sturdy equipment easily and cheaply. I do know people who have used these sites to make their equipment and it turned out very nicely. I will be doing it myself as soon as I find out if I am moving or not (military).

The third site was recommended to me by a friend across the country. She is happy with the equipment but I cannot see it firsthand therefore I do not know how it compares to equipment made following the instructions on the first two sites.
