I have a friend who has curly hair and I know it is har to pick a cut.My advice is dont go short, and remember that however short you go it will be about and inch shorter (depending on how curly your hair is)when it is blow-dried. Also unless you plan on straightening your hair side bangs or really any bangs aren't the way to go for curly hair. Umm lets see what else....I would suggest keeping your natural color and getting your hair cut in long layers (keep them long and out of your face). For more info ask your hair dresser on any ideas she might have and sit down and talk to her to make sure she understands exactly what style and length you want!! Hope i could help, Good Luck!

get thinning layers. They look gorgeous in long, thick hair. I am not sure about bangs, in curly hair they can get out of hand.

I said angle layers. Bangs not because is culrly. It also depends on the shape of your face.

well my hair is wavy/frizzy and i think average to thick (im not really sure) and i have layers and side-swept bangs, and i really like it. If i leave my hair curly and put a little product (surf hair by garnier fructis is my FAVORITE) it looks gorgeous, but if not and i straighten it, it looks awesome as well.... but im not sure how it'll look on you....

You can ask one of your local beautician's what they think. If you decide to go and let them cut your hair you will be pleased if you get a Hair designer. They are a little more expensive but it will be worth it.
