When he has been with a current gf for 9 months??By looking i mean driving around her house.Does this means he is looking for a booty call or he may still have feelings for her or a mix of both?

He still has feeling for her, or has unfinished business with her. If that relationship ended and they never spoke again, he could just want to talk to her about it one last time. Make the ending more final.
I am still going through this. I sometimes drive by my ex's house, though I am in a very happy relationship right now.
He may still have feelings though. Confront him and ask, and be understanding.

He probably still has feelings for her or is checking to see if any other guys are coming around her house. If he had sex with her then maybe he misses that!

Maybe he isn't happy in his current one, and thinking he might
have made a mistake with his last one. OR, he would be a
