You might want to study history a bit better, your ignorance of the facts are showing.
The original texts were written in Greek by various authors after c. 45 AD and before c. 140 AD. It took centuries before it was all put together in one book.

No I didn't know that. I did know that Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John were all people who wrote books in the New Testament talking about Jesus.

* The Gospel of Luke, traditionally ascribed to Luke, a physician and companion of Paul of Tarsus.
* The Gospel of John, traditionally ascribed to the Apostle John, son of Zebedee.
And that's just Gospels.
