If you live in the UK the Kennel Club website is probably your best starting point (see below).
Incidentally I hope you are not planning to get a "toy" dog, just because certain "Z list" celebrities use them as fashion accessories or you think one would look cute peeking out of your handbag. Even miniature and toy dogs are real animals who have the right to follow their instincts and do "doggie" things.

Along with looking in the Kennel Club Puppy Sales Register (fully searchable, free contact info):
http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/384
And on the ePupz site (also fully searchable - also try searching by keyword 'poodle' - but you need to register - free for contact details older than five days BUT if you want the contact details for newer ads then you'll have to pay a one-off fee of £4.99):
http://www.epupz.co.uk/search/puppies_for_sale.asp?breed=Toy+Poodle&area=all&st=1&Submit=Search+++
Those ones have already been recommended ... however I'd also recommend that you try the Champdogs site. Contact information is free & the list of breeders shows which area they are in - pups are generally all kc registered:

Toy poodles have been bred down from the extensive-unfold length poodle. It stands to reason, that their braveness and intelliegence additionally shrank. on the expert checklist of "smarts" in one hundred forty canines breeds; the Border Collie is #a million, the extensive-unfold Poodle is #2...and the toy is wayyyyy down the checklist. And my sisters; Chow is # 139 !!

check epupz, on the web, always insist on seeing the pup at home with the mother, see where the are brought up, and have your own vet check it out as soon as poss,they should not be collected till they are over 8weeks old.
