A tool that scans the disk searching for bad things like bad physical spots on the disk, missing file information, and other stuff.

it is a tool to help clean your drive up....it will run and check the drive to see how many fragmented files your drive has, then you run it after the check and it will get rid of the fragmented files... its a wise thing to do especially if you do alot of downloading....
