How are we going to stop people eating shrimp, prawns and lobsters? God says that it is an abomination in the Bible yet restaurants continue to serve them, insisting on offending God. well it's not OK. This needs to stop. What they are doing is unnatural and simply revolting! This infuriates me! How can we stop them from committing this disgusting crime?

Sigh and Cry!
Christians are not appointed to stop anyone from offending God. Your own soul is on dangerous ground to pretend so. All the sins of men, even the actitivity that offends, were placed on the shoulders of Christ at Calvary.
Until the death angel comes for an individual, or the angels appointed to destroy this modern Sodom arrive, they along with the whole world are under the blood of Christ; whether they accept it or not. Like you and I they draw every breath, under the blood, by the mercy of God as the final hour nears.
Since you reference the Bible with regard to abominations; why not mention them all, including women who wear pants or clothing pertaining to men. Check your closet.
Here is your answer.
You are to sigh and to cry before God for all abominations. Even Lot vexed (sighed and cried) his soul over Sodom. Abraham prayed that God spare it, should a few pure souls still live there. There attitude was in spirit closer to sorrow than to fury or hate.
Rather than be concerned about those who offend God, be concerned that you are not destroyed with them. Judgment begins with people who claim to be right and who gather in the sanctuary for worship.
Read Ezekiel, Chapter 9. What is to be done is in Verse 4. Whether it will help is another question. Still you will not receive the mark unless you do so. Those who do not receive it perish with the wicked.

In order to make this world a better place ALWAYS, always start with yourself. Stop gay bashing and pray for your own redemption. How dare you declare love and blessings when you are infuriated by something that is not your business. What those people do is between them and God.
It would be better if you would pick a world problem that you could do something about. Volunteer in a soup kitchen or join a program that teaches the illiterate to read.

I'm not a big religious person but I thought God loved everybody? God made us all, am I right? So therefore God made gay, straight, and bisexuals. Why do you want to change what God made? Oh, let me guess, you are best friends with him and talk to him on the phone everynight and he has told you that he thinks it is wrong? Yeah, I'm sure. By the way, not everybody believes in God so how can those who do make such ridiculous laws that restrict things based on religious views? *By the way, it's sad that a sixteen year old teenager can be more open-minded than an adult, huh?*

well god did create Adam and Eve but what you need to understand that we as a society can not stop them from getting married or stop them from there try of life style BUT remember in the bible it does show DO not judge other unless you want to be judge. And only God can judge his people. And remember you do have family who might turn out to be gay or in the future your grand children might discover that they are gay. So don't judge
And I was raised in a christian house hold and I am straight

You are so stupid. God made everyone. And God loves EVERYONE. Gays and lesbians are BORN THAT WAY. Gays are NOT offending God. I'm a straight person that has 1 friend that is gay and one friend that is a lesbian. They are just like anyone else. I don't understand how they can have sex with the same sex as them selves, but that is none of my business either. Everyones sex life is there own busines. I don't judge them at all. And I agree with some of the people. You need to mind your own business. And NOBODY is going to stop it. Just let them live there life and you live yours. They are not bothering you so quit being so immature and leave them alone.

How can we stop arrogant people from offending God?
Sure, there are laws to keep them from going too far, but that doesn't stop them from doing it in legal moderation. God says that pride is a sin, yet these people insisting on offending him and thinking if they are doing it in his name then blasphemy is OK as well. Well, it's not OK! This needs to stop! What they are doing is judgmental and simply hypocrisy! This infuriates me! How can we stop them from committing this pathetic crime?

To answer your first question... there's nothing you can do. YOU cannot control the behavior of anyone but your own.
Why does this infuriate you??? It's something that goes on behind closed doors, so why do you care? Pray for them, that's all you can do. They're spiritually sick, so they need your prayers. Instead of hating them so, pray for them, for cryin' out loud. It's the most loving thing anyone can ever do!
Why are you so concerned with what two consenting adults do in private? It's no skin offa your a s s, so why sweat it? If they wanna be butt buddies, let them be butt buddies, it has nothing to do with you.....
.... unless you are fighting off feelings for a woman????

Jesus told us to judge not! Least we shall be judged with the same measure that we judge others! Jesus also told us that it was the Father in heaven's job to do the judging! I would advise you to get your mind out of other peoples bedrooms and make sure your own life is right with the Lord!Jesus said let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Well a stone can be words. " Greater is he that is within me than he that is within the world," 1John 4:4 You claim to be a Christian, therefore you know that with Jesus in you you cannot Judge! So unless you've made no mistakes in your life be careful of the stones that you throw! There is an old saying my Mother used to say. "Sweep your own door step before you go sweeping somebody elses doorstep!"

We really must not worry ourselves sick about what others are doing unless they try to force their values on us, which they some times do. God will be the judge, not us. Be more tolerant, loving, and set a good example. I know it is hard. But we are told God will judge us by the same standard we judge other. If they try to impose their beliefs on you ignore them or leave. We need peace in the world.
