There really is a secret to getting the opposite sex to notice you. Say "hello"! Most of my single friends complain that they are not noticed but never take the initiative. If you want to be noticed, do something noticeable. Talk.

Well, i am not an expert on this but, just start by saying Hi everytime you see him and ask how he is doing.
Some guys, i figured this out rather recently, are really shy and don't talk much to girls, especially the ones they think are pretty.
He probably wants to talk to you more then just say Hi at the door
too.
You go to church so, i don't think you would ever try to impress him with your body, but just incase you feel desprate and think you have to, to win him over, DON'T!
I am 17,I go to church and i gave my life to Jesus 5 years ago and i somtimes struggle with trying to get guys to notice me on the spur of the moment, i have never dressed skanky but, it has tempted my mind before, it is not abnormal but, fight it! Because they will either like for your body or, for example, this guy that you like, will not respect you and not have anything to do with you.
You just need to stay the you are and walk up to him sometime and say " Hi, What's your name" start up a converation.
Don't try to become Bf/Gf in the next year, just stay friends, be yourself and let God pathe the way if you guys are supposed to be together forever, he will make it that way if it is has will but, he is not the guy He has picked out for you, DON'T CRACK!
God has made a special person for each and everyone of us and we need to be patient.
I am 17 and i have NEVER been asked out and to me that is ok because, i know that God has a special person out there somewhere with my name on him and more than willing to wait for me.
Hope this helps out
and may God bless you!

Got to get brave and talk to him, that's the quickest way to make something happen. There are lots of reasons to talk at church too..... most churches sing a few songs and then everyone greets everyone and hugs/shakes hands, find him and introduce yourself, sit next to him and share a hymn book, forget your bible and share his, youth group/bible study, are both filled with opportunity's for conversation. God bless and Good luck!

Be nice back to him. Put your hand on his shoulder. Smile at him. Rub his arm or his back. Lean in to him. Tilt your head on his shoulder.

Just be "You"! Do not change a thing if you don't need to. One day He will come along! Don't you worry. Good luck!
