theres many apps to do that .. the monitor is built into ur motherboard u just need an app to help u see it ... i use the free version of everest myself ...

yes well not all motherboards have a temp sensor built in so you need to first determine if yours does or not then if it does then use the software or else you will posibly crash your computer
