3.5 Ounces of cream is 7 Tablespoons (US, not Australian).

5 ounces of flour is 5/16 of a pound, but you could probably get away with using 1/2 + 1/8 cup if you don't have a scale.

5 ounces of flour is 5 ounces of flour. And 3 1/2 oz of cream is 3 1/2 oz of cream.

It's a British recipe, obviously, because in Europe, ingredients are weighed, not measured, and in Europe, only Britain refuses to use the metric system.

If you can't weigh the stuff, turn your oven off.

For the flour you can do 2/3 cup, because 5 1/3 is pretty close to 5.

3 1/2 is 1/4 cup!

Hope you go this in time.
