I searched 'red tailed black cockatoo' on google images, then looked for a black and white one.
http://www.interaktv.com/BIRDNET/Calyptorbanski1911.GIF <--that's black and white.
Or if you find one you like in color, you could always edit it to be black and white in some sort of art program if you have one.
