how do i tell him goodbye?

my boyfriend of 2 years might be moving out of his house to live with his aunt meaning, he'll be going to a different school.
how do i tell him how much he means to me before he goes? do boyfriends like when a girl tells him how much he means to her? or do they find that awkward/weird/too much?

yes, tell him everything.
write down all the things that you love about him and go off of that when you're telling him goodbye.

personally, i think that is the sweetest thing a girl can do.
