This has to be very approximate but here goes:

distinguent - "DEE-STANG"

l'organe - "LOR - GANN"

d'enseignement: "DON-SENYA- MON"

eux - "UGH" (sounds a lot like the expression of disgust in English)

I would need the entire sentence put together here, as "distinguent" looks to be the third person indicative plural of "distinguer," and if it is, the ending would hardly be sounded at all.

Well I'll try my best.

Distinguent = They differentiate (Dees-tèhng) eh like in man
L'organe = The organ (L'ohr-gàhn) oh like in saw, ah like in are
D'enseignement = Of teaching (D'ahn-seh-gneh-màhn)
Eux = To them (Eu=i like in girl, shirt, and 'x' not pronounced)

The 'gn' is like the Spanish 'n' in 'Senor'.
Ciao.
