You can either use lazer therapy or you can go to a naturopath and there are natural creams and medicines that you can get prescribed to help.

i'm a doctor that deals with acne scars every day - i have a medical spa right outside of ucla, so students come in all of the time.
acne scars are very difficult to cure. there are different types - the deeper "ice-pick" ones are particularly tough to correct, but the more shallow ones can be improved.
the best way to smooth out acne scars is with a particular type of laser called the Fraxel. it is the only treatment that i have seen to work for acne scars. nothing that you put on your face or take as a pill will change the appearance of acne scars. also, i have tried most of the other lasers in use today for acne scars, and the fraxel is the only one that i currently have. none of the others work.

I use shea on my face. I get it from this one gal and I won't buy from anywhere else. She has the refined shea butter so it doesn't break my skin out .
