Delicacies when I lived in Thailand went from cooked cochroaches and crickets to dogs. But the worst one I saw was when I was offered a boiled egg in Loas it contained a half formed baby chicken.

I declined all invtations to try any of these, hope your not eating at the moment.

We have some badgers and some otters on the estate they are nice in a wine sauce.We are trying to get some big game onto the estate as well.Falcon is OK but the tastiest by far is panda tastes just like White Rhino don't you know

Although I would like to request that one of the blue crab answers get best answer bc it truely is a delacacy that cannot be re-created in its true form anywhere "maryland crabcakes" in places other than maryland are usually actually made with crab meat from crabs from the phillipines, not as good in tenderness bc of freezing and flavor because the crab is not the same + freezing

Dock Pudding. Made out of dock leaves (you find them near stinging nettles), seriously! It's so local you can't find it anywhere else, I think!

Also Yorkshire Pudding and Parkin (a ginger cake, popular at Bonfire Night).
