If you like him yet then break up with the new bf and get with the old one.

You do not move from one relationship back to another just because your ex wants you back. The question is what are YOUR feelings. If you are with another guy, obviously you like this guy. Your heart should be with him and with him only. He is your ex boyfriend for a reason. Either you broke up with him or he broke up with you, either way, for some reason or another the relationship ended. The best thing to do is to leave it that way unless that issue seriously resolved itself. However, it isn't fair to your current boyfriend to do that. If you were single, this matter would be different.
You have a good thing with this guy currently or you wouldn't be with him. Stay with what you have rather than going back to something that didn't work in the first place.

Tell him he had his chance but you're committed to someone else now. You know he'll find a nice girl and you wish him all the happiness.
