melt a peice of butter in saucepan and when it start to bubble add beaten eggs. Stir in with a wooden spoon slowly and continue to stir on a low heat(patience required) add another piece of butter and stir this in also. Your scrambled eggs should be smooth and not stuck to the bottom of the saucepan.

1. Take your eggs out of their shells.
2. Put them in a bowl.
3. Using a fork, scramble them up real good.
4. Heat up your skillet/frying pan.
5. Add a pat of butter to the pan.
6. Add your eggs, and constantly keep whipping them in the pan.
7. When you're done cooking your eggs, fill your pan halfway with water.
8. Heat the water on the stove to loosen whatever eggs stuck.
9. Enjoy breakfast.

Good Luck.

A bit of oil in the sauce pan first, warm it up, swirl it around so it coats a couple of inches up the pan and drain out the oil. Put back on the heat and add beaten egg. The minute it starts to cook remove pan from heat and stir to break up the egg as is sets., You may have to bob it back on the heat for a second but remove it fast. The egg will come out leaving a clean pan but put it to soak straight away. Use a wooden spatula for best results.

In a frying pan, place one tablespoon of butter for each egg to be used.
Beat the eggs until the whites and yolks are well mixed.
Season with salt and pepper and add one to three tablespoons of milk or cream for each egg.
Pour into the hot fat and cook slowly, stirring constantly until the eggs are of the desired consistency.
Serve at once.
A little onion juice or chopped parsley may be added to the eggs, if desired.
Eggs cooked in this way in the top of a double boiler will be more creamy than those cooked in a frying pan.

I do mine in the microwave, and never had any trouble with sticking. I think the secret is not to over cook them as they carry on cooking for a while after you take them out of the oven, enough to set anyway.
Another tip - don't wash the bowl up straight away, fill with cold water and leave to soak while you eat. The same goes for a saucepan.

You do them in the microwave but rinse the container out first with cold water then nothing sticks.
Don't cook them until set firm as they continue cooking for a few minutes after you take them out of the microwave. Take them out whilst still a bit sloppy, let them stand for a minute or two, fluff them up and serve. DON'T add salt until after cooking as the eggs will turn to rubber and stick like glue.

Use a non stick pan....treat it almost as good as you would treat your knife. Dont wash it with a scrubbie, keep it away from other pans to prevent from scratching. When stiring the eggs into the pan use either a wooden spoon or a heat resistant rubber spatula. If any Scratches are on the pan you'll find out real quick.

Butter the pan first, crack the eggs, put them in. keep "scrambling" them until solid like. And not runny. Make sure you add a bit of milk in it while cooking. Makes it soft. Then wash the pan RIGHT AFTER you cook, it comes off fast!
