California only seats around 90,000 people and I know that they are on thin ice already. Hopefully this will be final nail in the coffin for California losing one of its races. California is without a doubt one the worst and most boring tracks on the circuit. I was so angry when they stole the race from Darlington and now NASCAR has finally shot themselves in the foot with this poor decision. Anyone else want to see NASCAR 86 california from the race schedule?

Get NASCAR out of the country of California. When was the last time a friggin surfboards, vanity mirrors and BOTOX fueled cars crossed the finish line?

Today's race got really boring in the middle, but the end did have a bit of drama, so it's not all that bad.
But yes, Fontana should not host 2 races, 1 is enough, I would like it to be moved to Darlington, even though that's not where they stole it from. The Rock would also be a great idea.
But if the idea for the track in Washington becomes reality, that's where it should go, even though that is years away if it even happens.

First of all they stole the only race from Rockingham to give California it's 2nd race. It was Texas that stole the race from Darlington. I don't think they will because what happened was Rockingham couldn't even halfway fill for the Busch race. I think that Cali should lose this race and they need to go back to the Rock. That is just my opinion.

I hope so. I still can't believe they took the race away from the Rock for Fontana. Michigan and Cali are the same track, and both have two races. why? I agree, this racetrack has one of the most boring races of the year. they wont get rid of one of its races though, because it's near LA. bring back the Rock, Darlington's second race, and N. Wilkesboro.

Give me a break ! Fontana twice ? I think once is more than enough . BOOORING!!!! The Rock , or how about Mexico City road race both viable options for NASCAR . But they will do what seems best for $$$ the fans come in a distant second.

I doubt anyone in CA will care. I have gone to a race in Fontucky (Fontana) and it was pretty sad. I have never seen so many mullets and toothless people in my life. Thank God we have real sports in Cali like the Lakers, Chargers, Dodgers, Angels etc. We dont need NASCAR. Not to say that I dont like NASCAR because I actually do but I hardly consider it a sport the same way football and baseball are sports.

NASCAR has its place, just not here in CALI.

Yes they should lose one race give somewhere else. They should about 3 or 4 tracks with one race and put them in a rotation for a 2nd race!

Maybe they, California, better put a new policy on the table. Sell combo packs of tickets to their fans, like NASCAR does to us for CHICAGOLAND. We pay $250 a pack, so that they will have good attendance for all the races here. It stinks but I guess it works.
