All business are NOT the same. many organizations are affiliated with Quixtar, but TEAM has been the number one in growth for 7 years. Its because of their business training system and the way they build their community. If you learn the system, the system runs your business. The success of your business is not dependent only on your efforts but Team efforts. And the one who performs is the one who makes the money and NOT the person who joined before them. Their is no hierarchy. Everyone has the same opportunity for success but not everyone is willing to put in the work to get there

If you are struggling then why are you embarrassing yourself by trying to suck in your friends and family.

Do you want them to fail as well?

You should build your "downline" first then you have some evidence that this will work if you keep at it to show your family and friends.

I do not like mlm systems and only the top dogs get all the flash perks and trips.

You may want to try to make a living some other way if you cant make it that way.

Hope that helps
