Question

if you see a person walking down the street with a smear or dirt on the face, would you tell them, or just think why didn't he/she look in the mirror before going out?
couple of months ago i went to the shop(by bike) and about 10people were starring at me until an older lady approached me and told me that l have a smudge on my face.
l was grateful that she shaved me from further embarrasment.
(the smudge was from the dirt on my bike)

yes! i would definitely tell you, i went to the public toilets in the shopping centre about a year ago,and when i came out, toilet roll was stickin out the bottom of ma skirt, the only person that told me,, was a little old lady, "my was i embarresed", i must have been walkin in and out o shops 4 about an hour and a half, so yeh! i would say, good luck, lol

If they looked like they did not know, and they would want to remove the dirt, I'd tell them. If they looked like they were always dirty, or had been working, I wouldn't tell them, because they'd be insulted.

its probably nice to let them now-ina NICE way- just like you didnt like walking around with dirt on your face, I don't think anyone else would either.

i would think that i would never see or remember that person again so i would forget about it. but i know how it feels and its even more embarassing when your surrounded by friends and you only find out when you get home. :S so i would tell someone if they had something on their face hoping if something like that happend to me again,that someone would tell me. :)

I would if I could do it tackfully and if it didn't look like the person was in construction or similar work (he may be on lunch break etc)

It depends, cause you could look at thee person and just tell that they might be offended but you could also really help them out, they don't want to be embarrassed.

I saw a woman a while ago who had her skirt tucked into her knickers, i was laughing so much, i couldnt of told her even if i wanted to!

to be honest, i wouldn't go up to a complete stranger and tell them they have a dirty face, but if i knew the person, then i would let them know.
