It's my first year and I heard someone say wear a thong but I don't and never will own a thong. So please don't suggest thongs.

Yes, I wouldn't suggest baggy ones like briefs though, because of the spandex. Hip huggers and low riders are fine though. Victoria's Secret's PINK collection has a good selection. You also want to wear underwear so that the shorts dont leave a rash or ride up.

some girls do go commando. i play on a varsity high school team. and i know some of the younger girls didnt wear any. the older girls wear thongs. but since you dont like that. i suggest getting the boy shorts underwear with no seams to prevent panty lines.

umm yeah you where underwear...Why wouldnt you?? Any Sport you should wear underwear.. Actually the only time you shoulndt is when you are swimming and well that still has a thing called a bathing suit covering your area.... But you do because if you go and slide you can do something with your legs and flash the whole crowd! :S so yes you wear underwoos!

ok....you probably should wear a thong just because it makes it so you have no underwear lines.....but you really dont have to wear any underwear at all because its not like your going to be sharing your spandex with someone else and you should wash them, so its really your choice.....just remember that underwear lines are disgusting!

some shorts come with an "already built in" underwear kind of thing. however, some do require you to wear underwear.

well usually the shorts are booty shorts so if you wear underwear then you might have panty lines; i always wore underwear- i mean it's really hard to play well in a thong.

it depends of the type of shorts you use and the texture...but it dont matter some ppl use thongs,normal underware or "lycras"
