You were a freshman in a study last period, and a sophmore came up to you, and asked you if you needed help with your HW, or somehting like that, and you could easily tell he was nervous and he liked you. What would you do and/or think...now keep in mind, he hasn't told you he liked you, but you can tell....Then every study period, he would smile @ you a few time if you looked @ him and he saw you.....then a week later, he asked you if you wanted to see a movie friday night, or something....keep in mind that you REALLy don't know him, but you can tell he likes you...would you say yes, and how would you feel, and why did you say yes, or no....thanks....much help needed

it would depend if i liked him a little. even if i didn't know him, going out somewhere would let me get to know him better. but if this guy was just creeping me out i'd decline nicely. so im assuming u are in a situation like this. u need to say to urself, "does it seem like she likes me?"

I guess if the freshman was interested in the date he/she would say yes. Since study periods generally only happen in high school the freshman could likely ask around so not really knowing the sophomore wouldn't be a big issue. And who isn't flattered to be asked out by someone they like.

Well, it depends on whether or not she has noticed you (cause we all know its you) before or not. It is a good idea to make her notice you by smiling at her here and there. Maybe she'll start crushing on you a little. (If you are not widely unattractive a girl will be more likely to be interested just because she can tell you might be interested). Asking her out to a movie might be a little much for her to want to do with a stranger. Invite her to hang out with you and your friends or something along those lines. It'll give her the chance to get to know you without having to be pushed into a date with someone she doesn't even know. Best of luck to you!

I would say "yes" so that I could get to know him, if I liked him in the first place. But girls give off signals if they're interested too. Keep your eyes open whether she comes over to start any conversations or whether she tries to avoid you. Is she asking you questions and making eye contact or acting like she wants to get rid of you?

But anyway... nothing ventured, nothing gained. Worst possible scenario is that you get a "no thanks"! Which is not the end of the world.

Does not matter what grade he is in or how much he seems to like you. Do you like him? Persue it for the right reasons. If you think he is nice and might see yourself with someone like him, go for it. Otherwise, don't lead him on because nice guys can turn into mean guys very quickly...

No, I would ignore him. Why should I go out with him if I don't know him? Besides which, I NEVER need help with my HW.

i would probably say yes if it was more than just the two of us going
if it were more of a group thing then it would be less awkward
especially since you don't really know them
