B/c they don't think....they always have their mouth open...and if u dnt train them at a certain time they will remain animals...and kno nothing else

boys still like being kids... well technically boys are kids... but guy's are jerks... not animals... men could be... boys dont know much understanding when it comes to respect... its because there still kids... and when they grow up... they'll soon grow out of it... and mature from it... but to your question... "its because they want to"... not all boys are animals... just the ones that stand out(ones that act like one)...
