I think it'd be easier for me to list the commandments I didn't break on a daily basis.
That being said, yes we'll all be going to hell, but what a fine time we'll have for eternity....at least we'll be in good company.

Perhaps you give a bit more detail about exactly what you did about covetting that TV, because if all you did was wish you had that TV or one just like it, but you didn't actually begin to take steps in the direction of removing it from your friend's possession, it doesn't quite qualify as covetting.
Envying is not covetting, as long as your envy drives your determination to acquire something similar to your friend'b by means that are of virtue, like working for someone long enough and hard enough that they pay you enough that you can go out and buy one... that isn't covetting.
The covetting steps in, if you decide to acquire something like what he has, at the expense of him, of your family, or of your other obligations.
As for your first question, no, I didn't break any of the Ten today, but, I most certainly have broken most of them at some point in my life. Not the Scarlet Letter one, not the one about idolatry, not the one about killing (but it was pretty darn close once), but all the rest of them, oh, yes, I have.
