my friend did an interesting way but it takes time. he ran every day for three months and ate a reasonable amount of food each day. now his metabolisn is pretty high.

you could also try b vitamins. those should work

Do cardio exercise, for example jogging or walking. Food wise...fruit is great and oatmeal.....yogurt....also any food high in fiber....this will help, also eat less red meat...and more fish
