i used to have the BEST skin! it must be hormones.. but it only started when i was about 17.. (im still 17) so it cant really be puberty... can it?

ive been using aveeno, but it doesn really work.. and i used the neutrogena face scrub which worked at first but now its not. i have acne on my forehead.. and i have pimples on my face near my cheeks. its so weird. its not serious to the point that people are like WOAH SHE HAS ACNE! no one thinks that when they see me.. thats the thing.

its there, but its not like.. super noticeable. its not liek crazy acne, but its acne nonetheless.

what products can i use, if any? i heard phisoderm could work.. ive never tried that.

i tried clean&clear a while back (the blackhead scrub & the acne foam wash) and it cleared my skin up but then my skin was so dry., like my skin was FLAKING! . but then again, i used it twice a day. should i just get this stuff and use it less often? i dont want proactiv, i hear it doesnt work..

OK here what I do. I hated Phisoderm It cased me to have some of the worst breakouts ever! I use a homemade scrub daily of Honey for moisturizer, salt kills bacteria and helps with acne, sugar scrubs off the dead skin salt does this as well I just use both and either almond oil or a little bit of olive oil for softness. Also once a week I use an at home chemical peel. I no longer get zits and my face is always baby soft, the chemical peel is helping with acne scars, I only had 2 or 3 but they are gone now. My skin has never been healthier or more beautiful.

Go a dermatologist, I did and it turned out I had polycystic ovary syndrome - in which case, going on the pill is the only way to make sure you no longer get acne. I hope it's not your case but be aware it can be a cause.

Try Acnefree. It's a kit for about $20 at Target or Wal-Mart, but it works really well. It won't overdry your skin. I'm 29 and still deal with minor acne. (Ugh.)

I'm not sure of what you should use, as that's up to you as you know you're skin type, just make sure you always apply lotion after washing your face. If you don't it will dry out, and your acne will only get worse.

Proactive. I know it sounds lame because they've got all the celebrities endorsing it, but it really has helped me.

ProActiv - It works and it does not overdry your skin.
