i have killer cramps on the first day, everytime i start, i take the pain killers and all that but dont really help much. Now i have learned that if i drink alittle the night before i start it helps. I know this sounds very strange however i wake up with very little or no pain at all, so depending on your age give it a try.

Midol for now, Hot water bottle or a heating pad<< that helps alot
If u always get horrible cramps go to ur doctor he can give u a prescription for a really good pain killer:)

No pills work for me! so usually i just suffer through them, or if im at home i get a hot water bottle and curl up.
They are killers arent they, guys wouldn't be interested you're right - they also couldn't handle the pain!! They think we complain - they're big babies :)

Midol usually dulls the pain a lot for me. And I've noticed that when I've been more active, like done a lot of walking, exercising, etc., my cramps aren't so bad. So those are some ideas you might want to try. Because I know cramps suck sooooooooooo bad.

Lol. You're right, guys wouldn't be interested!! Anyway, I used to have horrid cramps but I got on Estrostep. If you're not the BC type... I heard Midol really does work...

The only thing that works for me is high doses of motrin. If the cramps are particularly severe I take 600-800mg.

i dont use medicine cuz none of it works for me .. If u have 2 heating pads lay down put one under u for ur back and one on top and the pain will go away

no matter what anyone says never take tylenol or any kind of acetaminophen--its a blood thinner it will make you bleed more-ib profen, motrin or midol
