No, like the other person said- they're very high in sugar. Some have 13grams of sugar.

No as your not eating the fiber you should eat most fruit in it raw state. They are also high in sugars.
I do think smoothie are good sauce of calcium's and a good way for kid to drink milk if they don't like it plan
At home you can add youget and cut out cream to make it healther.

No--they have more sugar, fat and calories and less fiber. Eat the fruit.
