I would choose to go blind now. At least I'd have visual memories, and my personality is developed and I'm a confident person. Being born blind, I would be treated differently my whole life and would not be as accomplished or confident as I am now.

I would choose to go blind today. Because I would still have memories of what I've seen threw out my life and also I know my way around my home blind folded,I've trained myself just in case something should happen. I could still locate things easily which would be a big plus.

I would choose to go blind today. If I was born blind then I wouldn't have been able to see and visualize what the lord created. I charish the fact that I know what my family and husband looks like. I love the fact that I know that my oldest son has my features but looks like his daddy. And my youngest son has his daddy's features but looks like me. I wouldn't trade that for anything. That's all that I care about when I think of vision. If I went blind today, then I will have those memories to last me for the rest of my life. Vision can be taken away. But memories last forever.

I would choose to be born blind, because I wouldn't know what I was missing. Things like mountains, oceans, sunsets, flowers, going down a water slide, seeing baby animals, etc. Also, I wouldn't know how bad things look, like someone badly burned or the starving children of the world.
