there is no exact age but only group for me and many other woman i would say 30-40 in this age you know most answers and you might feel comfortable with basic things like how u lookor your style of life when you feel comfortable of being yourself in public and in private is when your ready

They are born confident. It goes down hill from there with all the mixed messages they receive growing up.

that really depends on the woman, since each one is different, but I would think that somewhere within their early twenties most women feel pretty confident.
