If you have the dough, Use Nero or Pinnacle Studio to do all things that you wanted. But if your using windows xp OS, WMMaker is fine to do capturing and editing then burn using other software (free from the web) to create the professional look.

u have movie maker ...free. alot effect for non profeesional...
