Well my computer had a viris so I put in a disk that wipes everything out of your computer.It took the viris out but now I have another problem.I have windows 98 so its not the best computer but it works so when I put the disk in I had 256 colors and my pictures I put on there were wonderful.But since I put the disk in I only have 16 colors and to tell the truth the pictures are terrible!I have no iddea of how to fix it and my family members send me pics all the time but I can't see them.Is there something I can do to fix this.Please help!

You need to update the monitor's driver, go here and register for a free account and search the database with the name and model of monitor, and download the driver and install it, this will correct the problem..

Up date the video driver.

update the video card. same thing happen to me last night. believe me, i just had an analyst updating my system, and when it was updated, he was like, the updated system wont work as well with the older video card, so its just gonna be easiest to just update it. i pass on this information to you. good luck!!
