Have you tried the Minnesota Bride website? www.mnbride.com It's a magazine devoted to weddings in Minnesota (obviously) and focused mainly on the Twin Cities area. It helped me out a lot when I was planning my wedding!!

i've been to one at the carleton towers (the two buildings on 494 and 394.) and it was simply beautiful!! i've also been to one at the IDS tower, which was awesome, but on the top floor, so if you have any people that are super scared of heights, might not be the best plan, but GORGEOUS view! also, como park is supposed to be beautiful. how about the sculpture garden? that would be so beautiful (although, being outside could have it's drawbacks much of the year... )
