martial artist often while practicing do these dance like movements why is that so?

I think you have a wrong idea about Martial Arts.
Practitioners of Arts don't "dance", it's a matter probably that many forms, especially like T'ai Chi Chuan,or Kung Fu are so smooth and graceful looking, it LOOKS like a dance, to someone with no experience, but it really is NOT!

It's fun? Haha...I think because it can have some movements in their martial art. Taekkyon is like Korean Folk Dancing and Capoeria is like bdancing(i think).

if they moved from side to side and did alot of front flips and back flips it should be capoeira/its fun geting into it
