who started the chain letter about the girl that fell in the sewer and comes back to haunt people?

It's all a legend...it didn't actually happen that way.There was a girl that fell in the sewer but her name wasn't Carmen Winstead, I believe.People on myspace started making chain letters with the story.

What are you, six? Saying this Carmen is going to get you is just like saying an insane walking banana will crawl out of your bedsheets and bite you in the ***.

carmen winstead was put up on myspace to scare teens or adults so they can repost this and have way to many viruses on there computer so that a really scary screaming girl in a sewer would pop up on the computer and scare the **** out of people.

i don't think the chain letter was ment to scare any one people just pick up stuff off the internet and try to make something interesting out of it. But personally i would choose a better story to make a chain about instead of telling people that the ghost will come out and peel your face off is a little Ridicilous if you ask me!!! And some ADULTS should have a little more Respect for people DEAD OR ALIVE!!!! But who ever started this needs to find something better to do with there time!!!!
